Director, First Foundation Bank Dr. Rosenberg brings extensive expertise in psychology, organizational development and human resources as well vast experience in the banking industry. As a Human Resource and Organizational Development professional, Dr. Rosenberg has personally experienced and successfully implemented a wide range of organizational solutions for "state-of-the-art" companies. Prior to entering the consulting world, Dr. Rosenberg was Chief Executive Officer for The Picerne Group, an international investment firm investing primarily in real estate, as well as portfolios of performing and non-performing loans. His experience includes two decades of Operational Management, Human Resource and Organizational Development experience. Dr. Rosenberg has served as the Chief People Officer for Harmonic Communications, Prior to his tenure at Harmonic, Dr. Rosenberg was Executive Vice President and Director of Business Services for Ameriquest Capital Corporation, a large privately-held financial services holding company where he was responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all Human Resources and Corporate Services functions for six reporting companies. Dr. Rosenberg also directed the Human Resource and Organizational Development functions for a number of large financial institutions including Washington Mutual Bank, American Savings Bank and Great Western Bank. Dr. Rosenberg received a B.S. in Psychology from Ohio University, a Masters of Science in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University under the tutelage of Peter Drucker. « Back to Our Team |
