Gerald L. Larsen, J.D., Ll.M., CPA, CFP® Director, First Foundation Bank Mr. Larsen has a law practice in federal and state taxation, probate, estate planning, partnerships and corporate law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, State Bar of Florida, Orange County Bar Association, and American Association of Attorney Certified Public Accountants. Further he maintains memberships in the Orange County Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he serves on the Steering Committee, and the International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners. He is a member of the Orange Coast Estate Planning Council. Mr. Larsen has been a lecturer in excess of 1,000 presentations before professional organizations on the local, regional, and national level. His lecture topics include federal and state taxation and business and estate planning. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Irvine Barclay Theater and the Discovery Science Center. He is also a member of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Larsen graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1975. He attended the Institute on International and Comparative Law at the University of San Diego. He received his law degree from Stetson University in 1989 and his LL.M. in Taxation in 1990 from the University of Florida. He received his CPA in 1977.
